Little Blue


 

































Been awhile since i uploaded, But here i come with a little build :D
This is Little Blue, made for artsy type sims and you may see why by either the pictures or description.

This is a low maintenance house, so should be easy to keep on top of that cleaning :) meaning more time for you!
The Front door is situated on second floor and leads you into a brightly colored open plan living room and kitchen, 
with separate relaxing dining area for extra room to entertain your guests and to host parties!
Kitchen and living room has been fully upgraded so nothing should break or need cleaning as much :D extra sturdy to!
Further back of the living room area we have a modern simple bathroom with fully upgraded shower/bath
Separate toilet again simple and modern design.
Bedroom opposite the bathroom, is brightly colored again (we like bright) with fitted wardrobe (computer fully upgraded)

Ground floor we have:
Studio set up!! everything your sim needs to get started, we have a photography studio set up with seating/waiting area 
on the opposite side plain walls YAY (although pictures above don't have plain walls but i put my art work up there to show you what it was made for) 
You never know who might fall in love with your work or one day open your own arts gallery :D
Entrance door area, we have a quiet and peaceful painters corner, which this room leads to a very small fenced in garden.
Small Planting area and seating area, also room for BBQ etc easy to maintain so planting doesn't get out of hand.
Options to move to bigger lot if you want a bigger garden :D
NOTE: when i was planting i randomly placed them down, till i saw i made a smiley face :D call it ya happy garden :D

Not good with descriptions really :P hope the pictures do more justice then i :D
